Fallax pink. Light medium body, unsweetened, fresh acidity. Raspberry, peach, dried flowers. A rosé that is well suited for receptions or just on its own with a group of good friends. Also a great wine with lighter food such as salad, fish, pizza, pasta and white meat.

Sulfite has antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Sulfites can be found naturally in e.g. black tea, nuts and eggs. It is also often added to food products such as soft drinks, jams, sausages and dried fruit.

Sulfites are widely used in wine production and prevent oxidation in wines and therefore maintain their freshness. Sulfites are naturally formed in wines during the fermentation process, so all wines contain small amounts of sulfites.
